Very slow upload speed

Currently running .6 upload and 25 download.

Reading the email my guaranteed speed is 35.9 clearly 25 isn't anywhere near this.

BUT .6 DOWNLOAD!!!!! Having to wait several hours for some work to upload is crazy.

What on earth is wrong please?

I'm connected to the 5GHZ part of my router.

You may well have a fault somewhere but in the meantime can you post a screen image from the following, hiding your personal details. This gives an idea of what you should be receiving.

The first thing to determine is whether this is a network or wireless problem.

Can you test using a computer connected to your hub via an Ethernet cable?

Thanks for the screen image.

Looking at your last post, this indicates you're getting more or less maximum speed - both down and up. It's looking like a problem with your wireless setup.

The Checker results show a maximum of "up to 32.4" down and "up to 6.6 or 6.5" up.

I don't know where your minimum guarenteed speed came from but you're above the OpenReach handback threashold so it's unlikely they would investigate a fault.

You could play around with your wireless setup to see if anything makes a difference. For example you said you were connecting via the 5ghz band - can you try 2.4ghz. Wirelss settings are not my strong point,
