F4 segment FAIL

TP-Link 300mbps wireless N adsl2+ (td W8961N) .modem router. Not a plusnet one.
I had my modem awithed off when you first posted, switched back on now sorry may have mudded the result of your testing. The padlock light on it is off for some reason.

@Fenster Do you still have a landline phone? What lights are on your router and what colour?

Yes landlines phone working.
Lights on modem: power green, wireless green, adsl green, "padlock" light off, LAN Flashing green.
There are three LAN sockets back of modem all have same issue flashing.

That kind of sounds like you have everything working OK - what happens if you try to reach a site on any connected equipment?

This is a ADSL modem/router only

What is the Internet LED (third from left) doing?

On - Internet connection is available.

Flash - There is data being transmitted or received via the Internet.

Off - No successful Internet connection is available

Edit: If the LAN lights are flashing, this will be normal if a device is connected to one

"Server not found" mobile phone won't connect with my modem wireless either.
When opening email site get a bunch of info, server error, network responder error. Had this problem loosing Internet a while. Try after 10 minutes then it connects only to drop again but it's stopped completely now. You see the diagnostics I ran ubove? Four ATM OAM Fails.
Oh I can do the "desktop site" now but there still nothing to click to attach. Thanks

On the desktop site 'reply' window, do you not see this:

Click the 'mountain' icon between the smiley and the camera, and follow the prompts.

That's the'internet' light off cause well no Internet.
Lan rapid constant flashing but no traffic, errors 'no ethernet'. Computer is still connected and I can log on to the modem.
What you mean adsl/router only? Adsl 2+ I posted earlier.

@Dan_the_Van 's comment was to point out that you have an ADSL rather than FTTC connection, but I'll leave it to him to diagnose your problem - I'm out for most the rest of the day.
