Thanks Grafter. I have this same problem, and the PlusNet support team have been very helpful but have found nothing. I'll pass on the details that you've mentioned below.

Unfortunately changing to a dynamic IP didn't fix the problem for me. PlusNet are at the stage of "nothing we can do", which is somewhat frustrating.

Symptoms can appear to be similar for different issues, so "me too" posts with no specific detail are not easy to assist. Can you please describe your problem, how you are connected and your expectations.

Which router are you using?

Please post the router stats.
