Powerline adapters wont connect after joining Plusnet

Hi,

I've just joined plusnet and set up my router today. My Wi-Fi works fine.

My powerline adapters however, have stopped working, I can confirm they were previously working with my old ISP and the plugs have not been changed. I have reset the adapters and reset router to default settings. The adapter must be working slighty as I am able to reach the Admin portal as well as my media server which is also connected to the powerline adapter. My PC just shows 'unidentified network' and I have no connection. Am I missing some router setting to enable?

The adapters are TP-Link AV600

I've managed to fix this, my PC had a static IP assigned which i have reset to Automatic.

(Win11) Network & Internet -> Ethernet -> IP Assignment.

I've checked on the hub manager and I seem to have the same IP assigned anyway, we'll see if I lose access again later in the future
