Cannot access a specific website using plusnet wifi??

Trying to access a website that my WiFi will not allow me to? Works fine on mobile data so no issue with website.

No intention of hijacking the OP and I'd be happy to start a new thread if they're unrelated.

I couldn't get onto https://incontrol.jaguar.com/jaguar-portal-owner-web/dashboard or communicate with my car via the mobile app. All other internet activity seemed fine. A router reboot solved it, but my first thought was it must be down for everyone given tother websites were fine

Why would a single site be impacted like this - and why was it local to me?

@the_groundsman Most probably totally unrelated, but what response, if any, did you get prior to the reboot?

Website not found check connection.

Ran the troubleshooter.

Some DNS issue

Rebooted Router

All Good

OK - that can happen, very occasionally.
