      <title>Serious issue with connection</title>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;Since Wednesday night out internet speed as dropped through the floor. We are on full unlimited fibre but since midweek connection has dropped to around 1 to 1.9. can't do a thing. Have raised a case and problem was found. Personally I think there are other issues, maybe an earth problem also. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The speeds have been dropping since we got the service.and cause buffering issues quite a lot but now it's really bad &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards</description>
