Line bouncing for no reason

There I was working away from home when my VPN dropped out. Router had dropped the line and it didn't want to come back so I rebooted it and it then about 90 minutes later it went bonkers.Nothing changed at my end so all I can assume is BT were messing around in the cabinet.

Or you have (intermittent) noise / interference on the circuit.

Straight forward disconnect / reconnect (at the same speed) might reasonably be expected from connections being disturbed in the cabinet, but your reconnection speeds are all over the place, the final being nearly 8% better that the first.

What do the SNRM figures look like for those reconnections?
