      <description>Hi this evening on experiencing connections issues but not on all of my devices, so my phone and ps5 can't connect yet my tv and firestick are connected. Any idea? I've resent the hub and unplugged the wires. Thanks</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If, as reported, it's a problem with Plusnet's DNS servers then anything that has hard-coded DNS servers (e.g. Android TV) or resolves directly by default (e.g. pfSense) would not be affected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unable to access the Internet I found that the DNS settings I had set manually on my router had disappeared. I simply re-entered them and voila!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
