Telegraph pole replacement

A team arrived this morning to replace the telegraph pole in our street (we had no warning) they've long gone and everything look to be connected back up, but there's no phone or internet for the entire street. What's the usual procedure with this? Are we just left like this for the foreseeable?

I suggest the whole street contact their ISP.

It MAY be possible to contact Openreach direct - try calling them on 0800 023 2023 , but whether they will do much is debateable - it is the weekend.
