Line Reset Required

Hi Guys/Girls

Router dropped off this morning twice, line has went bananas since at moment getting around 30 down lol ive tried everything i know technically but to no avail. Cant do the tests via text as it says mobile number not recognised to an account even though it is linked. No housephone installed we switched to no housephone.

Can one of you guys push a line reset please and run the tests on our line see if there is any faults showing from the heavy rain.

Morning @nufc1982 I've had a gander at the line and there is an external fault causing the issues so I have raised it to Openreach to sort it for you.

Morning Will. Arrrr thought that might be a possibility also I know a while ago at end of street up pole there was some damage to the wire they repaired so possibly more water damage but anyways appreciate it pal hopefully get it sorted soon then.

Yeah more than likely the case. Especially with the winds yesterday. Was grim. Let me know how they get on and if we need to do anything else

Yeah, it's been pretty horrendous. Certainly here in Co Durham lol. Will do pal appreciate the quick help. 👍

Update - Engineer visit booked for January 2nd. Will update you after the visit.
