I've just done a speed test on Ookla site.

Download 0.13

Upload 0.77

This is not a joke.

I've disconnected my modem and reconnect it

Still the same.

Before this problem,my download used to be 4.0 to 5.0

Can someone look into this for me please.

If you login to your PN Members page, go to Support / Help pages and run the broadband trouble shooting tests as listed.

Have you checked recently as to what's available for your property?

Used that Plusnet Diagnostics Bot that you get thro to. It found a fault and an engineer will be with me on Saturday morning........hopefully !
