Last month, I just upgraded to a new 24 month contract. Due to unforseen circumstances, i am having to move addresses.

1) Hence, can i keep the same contract, but have the service moved to the new address (same city)? Is this free to do?

2) or should i cancel my current contract (which still has approx 22months left) and take out a new contract for the new address? will there be a charge for this too?

Hey there @zmakda if you move with us with a new contract it will be free of charge, however if you don't take the new contract it is £50 installation fee.
