Phone & broaddown anyone else?

Think broadband being going in & out for a couple of days. But this evening just gone tried reset. No dial tone on my phone tried a rotary phone no tone but i am partially deaf so if quiet i won”t hear it. However called my house from mobile & it rings but answer machine does not click in just keeps ringing which is weird. Anyone give me the link to service status cannot find it.

@Catpuss There isn't one, and even if there was, in your case it wouldn't help, because this is 99.99% likely only you who is affected. I suggest you report a PHONE fault via https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/phone/ - although it is unlikely to get picked up until after 8AM tomorrow.

Thanks for your reply, thought it was a waste of time reporting it tonight as no one will pick up. Virgin have been putting in fibre down my road might have messed something up in the box.if still off tomorrow i will ring them

If you have reported it, it will be picked up tomorrow, and most likely will still be off.

Strange broadband come back on a bit slow but useable but landline still no dialtone, trying to report frustrating keros sending you back to troubleshooting.

In that case, I would certainly give them a call this morning and report the PHONE fault - that will most likely sort your Broadband fault as well - when they have sorted it!
