My router is flashing orange and I done the text for help and they said it down. But I keep
Getting phone calls from plus net but I am deaf so can't take the calls.

Can you pls email me tell me how long this will take to solve. As are you sure it a network issues as next door got internet

@rooky you probably don't want to use @Gel's link to PN Network Status as it appears to NOT be a Plusnet managed website and for me produces the browser warning shown below ! 🙄

Instead, you can check for internet problems in your area by either putting your full landline number, or landline area code, in to the Zen Broadband Status checker.
