Flashing orange

Hi
For over a month now my plusnet router shows flashing orange a few times a day, when viewing the management page it shows broadband disconnected. This lasts around 3 mins and then it reconnects and all is well, it's quite frustrating though.

Is there anything I can do to test/fix please

Assuming a Hub2, this indicates a possible network problem. Have you reported this to Plusnet?

No not currently, I assumed a long wait on the phone and wanted to avoid wasting time.

@lara0128 Then use https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/broadband/ to report the problem - although it won't most likely be picked up until after 8AM tomorrow.

@Mooresy87 sorry to hear this. Obviously there is a fault if it is showing that but it's not an obvious fault in the testing. Please can you pop us over a picture of the way it's set up in the master socket?

The text help bot says all is well but this forum says an issue has been identified, I will keep checking back to see what/when the openreach team identify a problem and hopefully resolve, thanks for your help so far
