      <title>Broadband connection dropping</title>

      <description>For several weeks my broadband connection is dropping several times a day, today it has dropped completely and it says the connection is excellent however we have no connection on phones or tvs. This keeps happening and I recently had an engineer out to fit a new socket. This hasn’t helped at all. Have no idea how to fix this issue, when telephoning it also said the Plusnet number is no longer available</description>
