I'm having difficulty getting to some sites; eg https://programbits.co.uk/minster/minstv3.html

It's available according to https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/programbits.co.uk?proto=https

and I can reach it using a proxy server.

Is there a known issue with some routes from PlusNet at the moment. I can't find anything in the Status pages

Thank you, that's very helpful, I can see it is identical up to the last hop.

I think it almost certainly means we've given a wrong password to a protected part of that site and got locked out of the whole site. I'll contact the site hosts.
