    <description>&lt;P&gt;I spoke to Plusnet support, they said they would need to send an engineer but then miraculously the line is back and the speeds have returned to normal.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have cancelled the engineer as the line now looks fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the last 24 hours I have had a few drops in broadband and now my speed is less than 10 Mbps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can someone run some tests or check the line please?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;EDIT:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I used the Plusnet tech bot, got the line refreshed but the speed is still only 23-25 Mbps. Looks like something isn't right.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
