My internet is down but all contact numbers for plusnet are saying closed even though it’s supposed to be open 8-8.

0800 432 0200 is definitely open.

It lets me pick options then says sorry this line is closed and ends call

As I'm no longer a PN customer, I don't want to get too deep into the system.

@Samantha4185 Follow John's advice and if you still can't get it sorted, people here will try to help if you post some info. Are there lights on your router and what colour? There is basic troubleshooting info in your Plusnet booklet.
