Did anyone else have no internet for about 2 hours this evening, not sure if any other providers were also affected .

Yes, in London. Back up now. It's the first time I've experienced a significant outage with Plusnet and made me realise there is no information on the Plusnet website about service quality or outages. This would have been helpful in diagnosing our problem. Here's an example of the info another provider gives customers on its website.

Thanks smc, that's interesting thanks and yes I agree it's not very good CS from Plusnet,I tried phoning but it seems they close at 8 PM until the next day.
