    <description>&lt;P&gt;Even more confusion now.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Plusnet have raised an order and are in the process of sending me another router.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;JLP Zyxel VMG3925-B10C&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;JLP seems to stand for John Lewis Partnership.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Why do I need this router when I have a Plusnet Hub 2 that's working OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Another Disaster, any help please</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Here's my problem, what to do next?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Tried to recontract&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Lost my phone, Plusnet did broadband only contract&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Plusnet advised could have my phone back but different number&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. Plusnet advised would take up to 3 weeks.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5. In the meantime broadband has been OK, no effect&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6. Phone came on this morning with the new phone number&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;7. Hub said it was connected but we had no broadband&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;8. Plusnet said we could connect the hub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;9. Have completely reset hub to factory settings, still says connected but we have no broadband, wifi or ethernet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Not sure what to do next, can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;
