    <description>&lt;P&gt;Was scheduled to get an upgrade to FTTP yesterday. Engineer cut my copper line, and began to install FTTP.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Except. we have a flashing PON light, which needs Openreach to resolve. Told at the time by the engineer they would respond within 24 hours.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Called Plusnet today to find out the Openreach Engineer is scheduled for the 21st July.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Greatly inconvenienced by this and will be out of pocket due additional expenses for mobile data and travel.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've lodged a complaint with Plusnet, but seems unlikely to resolve my issues any sooner.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any advice you can offer which might speed things up?&lt;/P&gt;

This sounds like a pain. They must have thought it was going to be straightforward if they'd cut your copper wire before.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can see you've emailed in and this has gone to our High-Level Escalation Team. This department is the highest and is above me. Someone in this team will be in touch within 48 working hours.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
