Low Upload Speed

I have very low upload speeds, and when I try uploading videos and files it seems to throttle my download speed too.

DL 5.2mbps, UP 1.2mbps

Im on Fibre Extra, so should be above 53mbps!

My service does have the estimated upload range: 2 - 2.5Mbps - is there a way to increase this?

Now that I've finished uploading my results are

DL 58Mbps, UP 1.8Mbps

@simon27c Your upload speed seems to be extremely low if you can get 58Mbps download.

What does the BT checker give you for your phone number, if you could post the result but obscuring your number.

With such a low upload speed any uploading will cripple the connection resulting in low download speed as you have seen. Downloading requires upload bandwidth to acknowledge received data so continuous upload will severely impact the download speed.
