&lt;P&gt;It seems to me that it does advise you of the various options via that &lt;STRONG&gt;Slow Connection&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;route. It also advises how to inform Plusnet if you need them to look into it further and you report a fault. So... it's up to you what you choose to do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
