&lt;P&gt;First thing to check: Is your phoneline clear? Dial 17070 (preferably from a corded phone), select option 2. Once your phone number is confirmed, there should be silence on the line except for the regular 'Quiet Line Test' message - any other noise, report a PHONE problem via: &lt;A href="https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/phone/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/phone/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the phone test passes, report a broadband problem via: &lt;A href="https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/broadband/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/broadband/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let us know the result - if the tests come back as clear but you still have a problem, we need to investigate further.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, I'm currently using a TP-Link VR2100 router to connect to FTTC. It's been rock solid until the last few days, I've been experiencing dropouts and a noticeable drop in speeds. Current rate has gone from near to 90000kbps to 70000 just recently. Is anyone able to help with this?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sadly I don't have a landline handset to hand, have swapped out all the cables and filter until I can pick one up tomorrow. Will see how it goes over tonight and tomorrow. Cheers for the swift reply!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Speed still down compared to where it was, but has been stable.
