Multiple connection drops over the past 24 hours

My connection is normally rock solid but over the past 24 hours the connection has dropped at least 4 times. Can someone look in to this please?

Unfortunately my connection has gone down multiple times again this morning. This forum has always proved a great way for me to source help and get issues sorted. Is it still the quickest way for someone to run a few tests to figure out what's wrong?

@mada - Sure I can run a few quick cheeky checks. No worries. Something isn't right, have a look at http://visualradius.plus.net/visualradius/generated/image16845688753778.png, can I check are you leaving the router turned over night?

Yes always left on, never switched off. I called support yesterday and they are looking in to it further
