normal(ish) downspeed, chronic upspeed problem

I've tried a modem power cycle and a bt wholesale speed test (attached)

The really slow upspeed is affecting my general experience regardless of the downspeed testing "ok", everything is slooooowwww!

Anyone able to help from Plusnet?

@Neverhood Hey, I've checked your account and I can see you've had an engineer visit yesterday for this issue. Have you seen an improvement?
