    <description>&lt;P&gt;What products are you both on?&amp;nbsp; If it's Full Fibre then it wouldn't be relevant anyway.&amp;nbsp; We've seen a couple of instances where that email has been sent to Full Fibre users.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Interleaving Email</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had an email to say my interleaving has been turned off. When I go on the link to turn interleaving back on it doesn't do anything and keeps asking for me to put in a daytime and nighttime phone number even though there are no fields to put that in. Can my interleaving be turned back on please!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;same problem !!! Phoned Plusnet, but they didn't have any remedy - passed to tech section....may be an error in that same email sent by mistake...hey ho.........&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
