Hi All
Had some mysterious issues with our broadband which seem to have resolved themselves somehow this morning. We're still due to have an engineer visit this afternoon though. Tried to cancel the appointment via the text service (am aware it says it can only be cancelled up to 4pm same day). Had a reply saying that the fault has been closed but as an engineer has already been allocated I can't cancel this appointment. Is there anyway this can be done via here please? Seems like a massive waste of everyone's time to still have the appointment now that it's all working again. Many thanks in advance!

More to the point I would be surprised that a fault "fixed" itself. What is more likely is that there is a dodgy connection which will be OK sometimes, but not others. Better to let the engineer do a full checkout. Be sure to tell them what has been going wrong.
