No Internet

I've had no Internet connection for 2 days. It says I'm connected but won't let me on any websites etc

OK. That suggests you do not have an internet connection on the device you are using.We need to go through this logically - are all the cables between the master socket and Hub secure?

How technically-minded are you, s we can ask the questions so you understand them?

How long have you been a Plusnet customer, and is this a new development?

A couple of years I've been a customer. I've tried restarting, unplugging and plugging back in. Leaving it for 10 mins etc. Made sure all leads are in correctly. It was just on my phone to start with but now no devices will connect.

OK. When did this start, what router are you using, and is your landline phone quiet - if you have one?

With my phone a week ago. All devices went off last night . Plusnet hub zero

OK. In that case, I suggest you raise a fault. If your phone doesn't work, initially raise a phone fault via: https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/phone/

@jab1 this one is account specific as to why the broadband is not working that's why I popped it in the ticket.
