Hello all, posted earlier about our service being out - report a fault via text and it was identified as an external problem in our area.

Had a text to say the problem had been resolved and to restart our router which we have done. Unfortunately though the router is giving us an orange light with the red b symbol underneath (no longer flashing, which it was earlier today).

Have text the fault number again to double check - it claims there's no longer an issue with the line but I don't know if there's anything else we can try - we *really* need our internet back asap for work! 😭 Thanks in advance!

@Rags

that light combination on the Hub One means there is an issue with the broadband username password, has it been changed? The broadband username should be in the format yourusername@plusdsl.net

It can be checked on the Home page of the Hub http://192.168.1.254 "My Services"

To change the username and/or password navigate to Advanced Settings >Broadband. Make sure you click disconnect before attempting to change

If that doesn't work then try a factory reset of the hub by pushing a paperclip or similar in the reset hole at the back. Needs to be held in for 20 seconds or more, the power light will go green.

HTH
