Line banded again

Could someone from Plusnet check to see if my line has been banded again please ? it happened a couple of times a year or two ago and I did notice a few weeks back it was at 49999Kbps again, but recently its dropped to 43999

My router (Draytek 2862) says the line is capable of just over 58K :-

	Downstream
Actual Rate	43999	Kbps
Attainable Rate	58537	Kbps

I'm sorry to hear that this is the case. I've had a look over the account today and I can see that this has been raised to our Faults Team for further investigation. Once we have an update we'll be back in touch, via this support ticket.
