    <description>&lt;P&gt;For the past couple of months i've had the following error message on my account homescreen.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;DIV class="u-alert__wrapper"&gt;
&lt;H2 class="u-alert__title"&gt;An error has occurred&lt;/H2&gt;
&lt;DIV class="u-alert__text"&gt;You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress.&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don't have a product change in progress that I'm awre of. In a prvious post on this forum, I talked about an order with another supplier being cancelled for reasons I never got to the bottom of and I wonder if these issues are linked. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.plus.net/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/61550"&gt;@Turzum&lt;/a&gt; They are not linked, but whenever you make any changes to your account, that message is supposed to appear &lt;FONT size="5"&gt;BUT &lt;FONT size="2"&gt;it is supposed to clear when the changes have completed - unfortunately it doesn't, and you have either call up - or wait for a staffer to pick the error up on the forum.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
