Referal Discounts

Have for some time been receiving a referal discount but not on my latest statement. Have checked with billing and advised discount does not apply for ever think he said has a life span of 4 years Has anybody else come across this and tell me where to find this in Plusnets Ts&Cs . Thanks for your help await updates John

First ive heard of it!! I've got active referrals that have been going for 12 years

Are you sure the referee is still a customer ? If so I'd give CSC another call because whoever you spoke to was talking rubbish!!

@Johnzoot I think he was spinning a line there - as I understand it, unless there has been an unannounced change, so long as your referral continues to pay on time you keep getting the discount - I know my referrer did for the full ten years I was a Plusnet customer.

@Johnzoot Yes it sounds as if the agent was talking nonsense.

In your Member Centre Have a look here:

https://www.plus.net/member-centre/recommend-a-friend

You will need to log in to get there but do so by clicking this link (there is an issue at present if you try to log in to the Home page) which will give you a log in screen and then take you to the refer a friend page. Once there click on the View All Earnings link which should enable you to see which referrals are active and which have any uninvoiced referral credits (these should appear on your next bill even if they missed on the last one - that glitch is not unknown).

Thanks for your help will check if the poeple are still Plusnet customers if not you are telling me I no longer qualify ?

In that case, get back to Plusnet and ask them what is happening. Don't stand for any flannel.

correct. If the referree leaves Plusnet then the discount for that referral stops. Any other referral discounts from other referrers who are still customers will continue
