      <description>This has been goin on for months! I have had 2 bt technicians out,changed hub,gone through everything and has started happening again! Please can some1 from plusnet contact me. I have gone through the things shown such as texting number in and it says the line if fine etc and i texted to say i wanted to speak to an advisor and still no1 has called me yet.</description>
