How to Leave?

I want to leave Plusnet but I'm not able to use a phone at present and there's been no reply on Twitter. Tempted to just cancel my direct debit and let them work it out for themselves? Or is there a support email? Thanks!

Then the only two ways to do this are either - ring Customer Options on 0800 013 2632 or send a letter to

Plusnet plc, The Balance, 2 Pinfold Street, Sheffield, S1 2GU. by recorded delivery (for your own protection).

I wouldnt do that just yet, as it will complicate any final payment or refund.
