Phone call for moving home : high waiting times

Hi,

What are the waiting times on the number to call for communicating a home move?

I have been on the call waiting (forced to listen to some really annoying tunes...) for over 15 minutes.

If the service is unavailable, why not to say so, and avoid waste people time?

In answer to your first question - very long, especially at weekends - not many call-handlers work then.
