    <description>&lt;P&gt;So engineer came out to change the socket a few weeks ago when i first reported the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now randomly the internet connection drops but I keep getting told its fine when it clearly isnt. The router shows a blue light indicating that its connected but the drops are probably for less than 10 seconds at a time but its very annoying and I use my connection for work so you can imagine work dont appreciate the drops when in a teams call...and when my contacts up at this rate im done. If you go on down detector this isnt a isolated case.&amp;nbsp; So its either BT or Plusnet.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I havent changed anything setup wise and im using the router that was sent to me by Plusnet. I have restart the router many times but the problem comes back also after going though the help text system I have let it refresh my router a few times now..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to see you're having connection issues. I've tested your line today and the tests are showing everything's spot on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When things are dropping, is your computer wired into the router using an ethernet cable or connecting over WiFi?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Additionally do you see the problem on multiple devices or just a single device?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
