Hello, Power status blinks orange, broadband flashes red. The internet was down for about two days and after consulting the instructions online it still hasn't worked. There must be a problem on Plusnet over.

I would suggest raising a fault using the text service https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/

If the there is no dial tone, raise a phone fault
