FTTC Problem

Hi I'm having issues with my connection, i have never had a plusnet router as always used others, i'm a pretty savvy user but this is driving me mad really sluggish connections and takes ages to load pages etc. getting the following on my router constantly- can anyone help? i think it could be a problem with the fibre modem? @tetrastar Welcome to the forums. Which router are you using, and what data can it provide? Just as a start, can you post the output of BT Broadband , obscuring your phone number, please

Yes, saw the picture, but it gave no indication of what your modem/router was. The BTW output indicates there is no real problem - you are getting close to max possible speeds to your master socket.

Unfortunately, I have no idea of the dream machines reporting abilities, but it appears you are losing the DSL connection.

Do you by any chance have an up-to-date (in terms of firmware) Plusnet Hub? The output from that, or a similar modem/router, would be more helpful.

No i've never had a router from plusnet, i've never been supplied with one from when i first joined years ago.

Unfortunately no not really, it offers lots of info but nothing i can follow up, can get internet setup page
