Noise Margin Reduction Request

Hi, is it possible for my noise margin to be set to 6db (downstream)? Previously it was set to 6db down and up (hub one), I have recently acquired the hub 2 and the noise margin seems to stay at around 7.9. I'm hoping this change will increase my downstream data rate which is sat at 60mbps and does not seem to want to go above this. Current line speed on my Plusnet broadband homepage is 80mbps and is the same on the BT wholesale checker

Data rate:15.561 Mbps / 60 Mbps
Maximum data rate:15.565 Mbps / 68.249 Mbps
Noise margin:5.8 / 7.9
Line attenuation:8.3 / 16.4
Signal attenuation:8.3 / 17.9
