      <title>Broadband not working properly</title>

      <description>Hi there. I upgraded from standard broadband to the highest package. Since yesterday at 8.00PM, I've had no internet. The light stays on orange and no broadband light flashes or stays on red. I've done factory resets, I've done everything and yet no joy.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What could be the issue?</description>
