    <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I used to sync up and get download speeds of 72mb on my line. I had a couple of router issues (now resolved) and my line speed appears to have been throttled back.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The max I am getting now is about 56mb and that’s wired into the router.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can I request that the line speed is reset / back to the max my line is capable of - I’ve been getting over 70mb for years with sky and more recently (12m +) plusnet.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Upload speeds are unaffected.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;John</description>
