      <description>I don't have a phone line.&lt;BR /&gt;The router is solid orange and there's a red flashing b symbol.&lt;BR /&gt;I have switched router off, left it for an hour , still not working, I have also done a factory reset that didn't fix anything.</description>

Perhaps you don't have a phone to connect to it. You appear to have line fault, do you have a mobile phone? If so why not try the text fault reporting method as advised by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.plus.net/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/30601"&gt;@Mustrum&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; in message #4&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could look in the member centre, look at the email PN sent you at the start of the contract, or borrow/buy a phone and ring 17070 which will announce your number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
