      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had a look and I can see the latest profile for your line is "Downstream: 0.128M-80M with no error protection. Upstream: 0.128M-20M with no error protection" so there's no banding or artificial restriction on your speed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is your router plugged into your master telephone socket? If you haven't already, can you try the test socket explained&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.plus.net/t5/Library/Testing-From-The-Master-Socket/ba-p/1322242" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;U&gt;Here&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/A&gt;? That'll rule out any issues with the internal phone wiring of your property.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As your speed's below the estimates of your line, I think it's worth arranging an Openreach engineer to take a closer look. When could you be available for a visit? The engineers are available weekday timeslots (and occasionally Saturday's) of 8am to 1pm or 1pm to 6pm.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
