@MinniMan Yes someone at Plusnet can probably do a DLM reset but why do you ask, is your line banded (capped) at a low speed? Your post is rather lacking in detail, a bit more information would be helpful, such as expected speeds and actual modem sync speeds.

I'm sorry for the late reply, we're busier than usual and it is taking us longer to get back to you guys than we would like.

I have tested your line and I am unable to locate a problem, do you mind getting back to me with more detail on the issue you are experiencing?
