Wifi doesn’t work on my phone at all, nothing loads. Speed test shows download speed of 13 & upload speed of 3.75 ? How do I help boost this this is not what I’m paying for

@scridlandx Welcome to the forums. With speeds like that, things should load with no significant problem - I used to be on 8Mb/s down 0.7Mb/s up and had no issue.

Two initial questions: I assume you are on FTTC, although you have posted in the ADSL forum, and do you have a desktop/laptop computer?

I'm really sorry you are having an issue with your speed and for the hassle this is causing. I have run a test and it is showing a potential external fault.

I have raised this to our supplier and our faults team should be back in touch in the next 72 hours here.
