      <title>DLM Reset request</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A month or so ago i had a intermittent fault on my line, and it took Openreach a few days to fix the line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By this time the line speed had dropped dramatically. After the line was fixed I asked the engineer is he could request a DLM reset but he declined saying he could no longer request it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The line used to run at 65/20 but now it only runs at 55/15 even after leaving it for&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;6 -7 weeks. (The sync seed is&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;20155 / 65241)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can i please request a DLM reset on here or do i need to raise a ticket&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jez&lt;/P&gt;</description>
