&lt;P&gt;Recently switched to Plusnet and having problems with your Fibre speeds? We’ve got a few useful things you need to know before giving us a call.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;What’s happening?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When your new service starts, it will go through a Dynamic Line Management (DLM) check to find the right balance between your connection’s speed and stability. This will take a couple of weeks to get everything right, during which time you might experience the occasional drop in speed. This is nothing to worry about.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This will also happen if you’re switching from another service to ours. It takes time for things to get settled.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;What will this look like to you?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should only really notice anything’s happening when you’re checking your line speeds or router sync speeds. It will rarely impact the performance of your connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;What should you do?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just sit back and let the DLM do its thing. This should all be sorted in a couple of weeks, and once it’s done your connection’s performance should be up and running. If you notice problems after a few weeks, that’s the time to get in touch.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
