Broadband speeds dropped to 0.75Mbps

I'd be grateful if someone at Plusnet could check this - over the weekend the speed has varied erratically between 2.6 (the average speed we usually get) to 0.76 just now. Thus makes everything bar simple emails unuseable. I've tried all the usual tests and procedures. Thank you.
